Training Porgrammes:  We provide training programmes to help you reach your fitness and sporting goals, whether this is a competition, event or personal challenge.  This could be to take part in a charity bike ride, complete your first 100mile sportive, get fit for a cyling hoiday or tour or achieve a personal best in a time trial.

Introduction to road cycling: These sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual or group and are especially useful to people who are new to road cycling and are not confident on their bike. A session could include, how to use the gears, using pedal cleats for the first time, climbing hills, descending and cornering safely, how to ride in traffic, riding in a group, general cycle skills, fixing a puncture and basic bike fit. Group or one-to-one sessions available.

Cost: One-to-One £30 per hour or £50 for 2hrs

Learn to Ride: Cycling is a life skill that most people learn as a child. It provides freedom, fun and the opportunity to experience the outdoors. However, if you missed this opportunity as a child then learning to ride as an adult can be a real challenge. We specialise in working with adults and provide one-to-one lessons for adults who wish to learn. This includes sitting on a bike, using the brakes, simple tips for building balance and learning to pedal. Lessons take place on traffic free locations such as a tennis courts or playground. Bikes can be provided at extra cost. 

Cost: £30 per hour or £50 for 2 hrs

Cycling Skills: We offer sessions for adults to help develop a range of cycling skills called bikeability. This includes simple safety checks, fitting a helmet, how to use the brakes safely, cornering, signalling, using the gears and building confidence. These sessions usually take place on traffic free locations such as tennis courts or a playground and are ideal for people new to cycling or those getting back into to cycling after a long break.

Cost: £30 per hour or £50 for 2 hours

Road Safety: Our National Standard Cycling Instructors can provide bikeability lessons for adults to develop cycling skills and teach you to ride safely in the traffic.  This includes road positioning, managing traffic, dealing with junctions and tips on how to keep yourself safe. We teach all levels of cyclist from novice riders who are not confident riding on the road and wish to undertake small journeys to the local park right through to commuters wishing to learn advanced skills for managing rush hour traffic.  

Cost: £30 per hour or £50 for 2hours

Indoor cycle training (turbo session):  Perhaps you are new to cycling and have never done an indoor cycle training session, maybe you want to get more out of your turbo sessions to improve your training through the winter, or perhaps you need some extra motivation to keep you training whilst it’s dark outside. Group or one-to-one sessions available.

Cost: Depends on group size and location.
