Introduction to Open Water
This is an introduction to swimming outdoors in a safe and fun environment.
It’s suitable for anyone who’s ever wanted to try it for the first time and regular swimmers wanting to learn some frontcrawl.
Including how to fit a wetsuit correctly, dealing with the cold water and specific skills and techniques for open water swimming.
Suitable for swimmers doing breast stroke or front crawl, who can swim a minimum of 800m of any stroke and are confident in deep water.
One-to-one lessons take place at Dosthill Quarry or in the River Avon at Stratford.
Cost: £70 for 60min (one-to-one)
Mastering open water
A more advanced session for swimmers taking part in open water swimming events or triathlon who want to get faster or improve their skills.
Includes video analysis above and below the water.

Wild Swimming Adventure
This is a guided river trip along the River Avon. Learn about safe river swimming, where to go, how to read the river, access and exit points. And enjoy the tranquil and peaceful nature of Warwickshire countryside from the river.
It could be a short dip and taste of the river or a longer swim trip between locations depending on how far you’d like to swim.
Different lengths and locations available. Groups or one-to-one.
